If I write an email to website@tesselmax.com or the support email shown in my account screen, will someone actually read it?
Yes, at the moment we are able to keep up with most incoming emails and generally will be able to reply within a day or sooner. In the future if this is overwhelming, we'll create a response ticket system. If you sent an email to one of these addresses but didn't get a reply for a day or so, please check your spam folder.
When will the frequency domain (FDFD) solver be ready?
A preliminary version that does not scale well is working now in our alpha version. We hope to have a fully alpha version ready mid May 2025.
How does one interface with your tool? Are there Python bindings for example?
The primary interface for running simulations is the Tesselmax.EM GUI. Some screen shots are shown on our website. The GUI does not need to run on the cloud, but runs locally, ensuring no network lag. The GUI itself can be controlled completely from Python, however. There is an internal Python VM within the GUI that you can use - or, you can connect to the GUI from an external Python process that could even be on a different machine.
